Hey there...
I am no stranger to these boards.. you all know that. I am going back on induction this weekend. I need some motivation. See... here is the thing. I am at 155 the most I've ever weighed. I have always been skinny... I'm talking 120/125/130 at the most. I need to lose these pounds... quick. My husband and I are going to take our little girl to Nashville in June to meet some of her favorite country artists.. I CAN'T GO LOOKING AND FEELING LIKE THIS. So... I know Atkins works... lol.. that is why I can't stop trying. My question is.. if I start this weekend... and I exercise religiously everyday... what kind of results do you think I can get by June?????? I am waiting till this weekend, because I am going to do this right this time... I'm cleaning out the pantries, the fridge, freezer, etc. And I want ONE week to get use to drinking water before the eating changes. I figure it'd be easy to transition the drinking and eating seperately than together. Please, please help me. I'm already going to be in trouble when I go to the doctor on April 11th... he told me to watch my weight when I was 143... yeah I watched... go up that is!
I need a buddy... or something.. to check in with me or something. I can'f fall off the atkins wagon when I start this again. I am miserable!
