but now i can. I always thought i just ate because i like food but there are big ties to emotions with my eating. I truly believe that i can do this this time. I want and need to drop 40 pounds by the end of july. I CAN do this. I not only understand how it works but i really understand the science behind it, even when it comes to the stall most people see around week 3.
