Do you guys recommend exercise during the induction phase. I just started my induction yesterday, and I have to say that today is sooooo much better than yesterday. Yesterday, I felt like giving up but I didn't
I'm diabetic (type 2)so I felt like I couldn't make it but I'm constantly checking my blood sugar to make sure that it's not going too low...
I have 2 questions, prior to my induction phase, I was going to the gym 5x a week (cardio for 45 mins each and some strength training 2x a week) Should I continue this or do you recommend lesser exercise during the induction phase? since I wouldn't know how my body will react.
Second question is, if my blood sugar goes so low, I still want to continue this diet, what do you recommend for me to do (cause obviously I will need some carbs/sugar) I was wondering what you guys recommend, a glass of orange juice??? a piece of candy???
Thanks!
