I had what had to be the worst induction flue ever...and it lasted for a week and a half. I also had migranes, to the point where I couldn't lift my head off the desk. I was nauseous, would shake all the time, and really thought I was dying.... :yikes

Like other have suggested I ate protein snacks. I lived off of nuked pepperoni for the first three weeks. I would carry it around in a baggie at school (I am a teacher)...and often got weird looks. But, that was better than giving into the evil vending machine and all of its junk.

I would recommend staying away from the shakes and frakenfoods. I have found they only make me crave things I don't really want.

Exercise helped me a lot. Once I started exercising my appetite dropped off and my energy reved up. It can make a world of differencee.

    Happy low carbing!!

So last night and the night before I had these real dreams that I was at the dinner and I ordered cake. Thank god it was a dream. but i had to keep waking myself up during the night becuase it seemed so real & I thought I had eaten those things. (EVEN THOUGH THAT STUFF IS NOT IN THE HOUSE).

Dose anyone else have this?? I'm a weird one I know!
