    Very good point. If I didn't follow the OWL carb ladder and rules, but added things on willy-nilly, I probably would have been on ADBB crying my eyes out because the first foods I would have added would have been cantaloupe (since they were in season and I love them) and nuts (which also causes minor problems for me).

    14 Days isn't a long period of time. You owe it to yourself to do this as cleanly as possible. Then make your decision to move on or stay on.
