  • UK newbie here! Breakfast ideas??

Hi everyone! Day 2 for me today and so far so good! However I work three full days a week and desparately need veggie breakfast ideas that I can eat discreetly at my desk. I sit with my co workers and hot food is banned from our desks!

Induction friendly pancakes would be ideal even cold ones!

    Good luck everyone!

Crustless quiche, frittatas or Spanish tortillas, leftovers....

A few slices of fresh mozarella, topped with tomato, basil and drizzled with olive oil and salt. Yum.

I second the crustless quiche suggestion. You can make it with some added vegetables and you can make it in advance and sneak it in. How about some egg salad with a few pieces of pepper?

thanks very much for the ideas!

can you recommend any veggie sausages suitable for induction?

I am not sure if any vegetarian sausages will have only induction-legal ingredients. As with all processed foods you will need to read the ingredients list to help you decide.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
