    starting over today.

    I am starting over again i messed up big time again. So disappointed in myself. anyone starting over march 26 someone I can buddy with

      I started over today! I had a slip up. I wasn't feeling very well and caved in to temptation. But I'm back on the wagon!

          Ill be back up tomorrow full force....... I am anxious to get started again. I am going to complete this 14 day. I always say "How hard can it be" but when I am doing it, its so hard to keep it up. Any advice.

              Just keep trying. All you need is one perfect day to motivate you. Don't feel bad or guilty just decide tomorrow will be better!

                  ME ME ME!!!! I started my workout last week and I'm starting back on my low carb WOE tomorrow morning. I have the refrigerator stocked. I have the workout clothes and water pitcher ready. I'm excited about starting over! I KNOW I can do this.
