Ill be back up tomorrow full force....... I am anxious to get started again. I am going to complete this 14 day. I always say "How hard can it be" but when I am doing it, its so hard to keep it up. Any advice.

ME ME ME!!!! I started my workout last week and I'm starting back on my low carb WOE tomorrow morning. I have the refrigerator stocked. I have the workout clothes and water pitcher ready. I'm excited about starting over! I KNOW I can do this.
