I was on induction for 1 week and lost 5 lbs and then yesterday, all went bad. I had carbs all day and I truly abused it. Today I am starting induction again. I guess I should count today as week 1 right?
I have a few questions:
1) can I have sugarless gum that contains 1 gram of carb or no carb?
2) I am used to having 2 cups reg coffee a day but today I didn't have any. Should I switch to decaf? I also want to mention that I have had a terrible headache all day and still do.
3) do you guys expereneice the headaches too or is it related to the lack of coffee?
I really want to lose something in these next 2 weeks but all I feel I eat is meat, eggs and veggies. I am trying to get creative and have printed some recipes but I'm just nervous about not doing it right and then having to start the 2 weeks again.
