Okay, another question.
The other night before dinner I had some celery too close to when I was going to eat my dinner, which was something I had not planned on doing but it worked out that way, so when I sat down to my dinner which was
Steak
broccoli
mushrooms sauteed in butter
I was soo full!! I was also drinking a lot of water before during and after dinner. I ate only half the steak but made myself finish most of the broccoli so I would get my veggies in.
So, I am wondering if anyone else gets really really full on Atkins and if you are supposed to feel this way or stop eating before you do? I feel like this is a pattern pre-Atkins for me so it feels strange to be so full and feel "bloated" after eating my dinner. The last time it happenned which was 3 days ago, I think, I woke up feeling thinner and had lost a lb, so it was weird. I wonder if I am doing something wrong? Guess I have to get around to posting my menu and see if something I am doing is going wrong but I have lost weight and my ketosis sticks are turning a light color, so I know I am losing ketones. Could this be the excess water that my body is holding onto?? Any other ideas? Thanks in advance!
