I would say two ...... which you have not written:

      1) not eating enough fat .- it´s hard to get used to eat it as we all had low-fat diets.

      2) not eating at all.- as induction flu takes hunger away
I´m my best friend and my worst enemy.

Falling into the low fat, low calorie trap

Expecting the weight to disappear overnight (even though it took you, perhaps, years to accumulate it)

Thinking this is a "quick fix" and then I can go back to eating the way I "want to"

Eating too little (which also relates to point number one and the point made by the previous poster)
        Started Atkins: 21 Sep 2003
        Height: 5'2"

        Started as Size 14-16; Currently 3 - 7

          Not reading the book!
If you've read the book, you'd have all the other ones figured out.

Definatley not reading and following the book! That would take care of all the other problems, cause if you're doing it right, you have to start by knowing how to do it! :icondance
