    There are lots of mistakes when folks just start off. Which one is your nemesis. Which did you have the most trouble with?

    You have to read the book, b/c all the other options fall into place when you Don't read the book....That was the first thing my Dr told me..Have you heard about Atkins....Get the book...Read the book...Do the the book... :yes

      I would say two ...... which you have not written:

      1) not eating enough fat .- it´s hard to get used to eat it as we all had low-fat diets.

      2) not eating at all.- as induction flu takes hunger away
      I´m my best friend and my worst enemy.

        Falling into the low fat, low calorie trap

        Expecting the weight to disappear overnight (even though it took you, perhaps, years to accumulate it)

        Thinking this is a "quick fix" and then I can go back to eating the way I "want to"

        Eating too little (which also relates to point number one and the point made by the previous poster)

            Definatley not reading and following the book! That would take care of all the other problems, cause if you're doing it right, you have to start by knowing how to do it! :icondance
