Wow, lots of confusion here! I also find the "salad vegetable" list is very light in carbs, but eating green/yellow beans, broccoli, cabbage etc. from the other group will up your carbs. I'm still waiting for my Atkins book to be delivered so I can read the latest version! I do half regular coffee & half decaf so far, and love my meats, so I don't have too much trouble getting to 20 grms of carbs a day. Keep at it everyone, you'll get there, after all, the weight didn't go on overnight, so we can't expect it to come off overnight!
