I'm currently on Induction Phase, but only lost around 3 pounds. I'm around 227 lbs. I'm 6 ft tall... I believe I want to be around 180 lbs. I've lost lots of weght since january, but not atkins just starving myself. I was at 275 lbs in January.
I've decided to try Atkins to loose the rest of the weight, but i'm dissapointed with my results.
My Typical Day:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 big sausages.
Lunch: Chicken, or Steak, or Salmon... with muchrooms, Brocolli, Cauliflower, and asparagus. Only a small portion of each... I also like to add some mayonnaise.
Dinner: Chicken, or Steak, or Salmon... with muchrooms, Brocolli, Cauliflower, and asparagus. Only a small portion of each... I also like to add some mayonnaise.
Also, i'm not sure how much butter to use, should it be little, or how much? Is my menu ok? Or should it be changed? Should I add an afternoon anack or something? O'm not sure what wrong i'm doing. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
PS, the extreme wight gain was a result of antidepressants and mood stabilzers over the last couple of years. My average weight has always been around 187 lbs,
