      Thank you all soooo much for your support. It is getting easier. I re-read Dr. Atkin's book and took his advice about getting some L-Glutamine to help with cravings. I also bought some Diet Coke with Splenda in case I get really overwhelmed and think I just have to have one. So far, I haven't needed the Diet Coke!! Things are going much better. I've lost another 1 lb!!! Down to 206 now!!! That's 7lbs in 13 days!! Whooo hoo!!!!

          I was the same way. Try Diet Rite. It has no carbs, caffeine, sodium, calories, and is sweetened with sucralose (Spenda). It's available in Cola, Orange, and White Grape. I am a convert and now Coke tastes too sweet for me.
