    I like to make egg salad, and dip pepper strips or celery in it. I find myself snacking on regular food rather than what i used to consider to be snacks. Our mindset seems to change. You will find that a relief I hope, I did. A couple chicken wings, cold hamburgers that I fry up on the weekend and keep for those moments I need a quick boost. I am weird yes lol.

      soften a TBSP real butter and 2 TBSP cream cheese in the microwave, not enough to heat them up, just soften them. Add 1/2 cup pumpkin (plain canned pumpkin, not pie mix) and a splash of vanilla, allspice or cinnamon to taste and a touch of sweetener.

      If your pumpkin is nice and cold you have a lovely 'pudding.' Eating this right now. This will be 6 of your daily veggie carbs, and a half cup of your 'other' vegetable.
