Hey, I'm making some sirloin steak tonight for dinner, and I want the grill lines, so I'm using my George Forman Grill. The only thing is that it grills away a lot of the fat. I'm thinking I'll have my second cup of salad greens with some mashed cauliflower, I'll put some olive oil on the salad and a some butter on the cauliflower, do you think that will balance out the grilled away fat from my meat?

That sounds about right to me
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: Using the George Forman Grill
Thanks! I did that and my meal was awesome! I cut up a little of the sirloin this morning and put it in my omelet with a slice of nitrate free bacon and a thinly sliced grape tomato. It is yummy (I'm eating it right now)!Originally posted by Elizellen View PostThat sounds about right to me
