  • so most day 4s i fail

    most of the time when i hit rock bottom during induction flu i fail....i feel so tired i cant move. Well, here it is on day 4 and it hit! BUT i ate some beef, drink some water.....WOW i feel gooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooood! Thats with 2 long strings of the o sound

    I CANT BELIEVE IM DOING IT!

        focus on the positive and be like that little train I think I can one bite at a time and soon you will be on day 5 and have new uncharted territory as an Atkins loser.

        Can't wait to see your Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I lost post on day 15

            what does the "flu" feel like? I work full time and have a 5 year old and 3 month old so whatever "negative" feelings I was having I attributed to sleep deprivation. So did I miss the flu or did I think it was something else?
