:icondance All right, so it's been a week of being on Atkins and I have to say I'm pretty proud with myself. This whole week it felt like the world was against me because I was surrounded by cake, candy, and carbs. They were everywhere--at work, at school, even in my dreams! lol Even when they were right in front of me, I refused to eat them. I'd definetly smelled the great chocoalte that was around but didn't have a bite. I'm also in ketosis, which is great. I'm ready for the next week and can't wait to see what I'm going to weigh--I don't have a weight scale, so i'm gonna have to improvise lol. The only problem I had this week was yesterday there was a celebration at my school and I had some salad and chicken. There was some questionable spices on it so I just peeled the top off and only ate a bit of the chicken. I've been also drinking lots of water, but I need to exercise more. This week I've probably exercised only 3 days out of the 7 days. I'm not bored with my food or anything, and ready for next week.
