I've lost enough pounds to reach my first goal. I feel good and am happy about my progress.
There was plate of cookies in the office for the past 3 days and I didn't have one! Hubby eats candy and I'm not giving and joining him. I have been faithful with legal foods and it's paying off.
Taking the dog for walks is getting easier without the extra weight. It's also easier on my on my ankle (the one I fractured last June).
Next goal: 159lbs., longer walks, faster speeds in walking, no cheats on induction (2 weeks on next thursday)
