I have been eating slices of turkey or chicken lunchmeat from my local grocery store. I try to select the lunchmeat that has low-to-no sugar and low-to-no sodium. This isn't easy at all and was wondering where others get their meat from. Do you cook entire roaster chickens, for example, and cut them up? I love the convenience of pre-sliced lunchmeat, so the lack of good options is disappointing.
