    I'm definitely trying the cheesecake pudding tonight. Is the 1/2 cup splenda the granulated (box) kind?



    Mini goal #1 - 196 - 10% of the old me gone Met 6/30/09!!!
    Mini goal #2 - 185 - BMI - no longer obese Met 12/23/09!!!
    Mini goal #3 - 174 - 20% of the old me gone
    Mini goal #4 - 154 - BMI no longer overweight

        i cant eat eggs just scrambled so i add cheese and hot sauce or chiense chilli sauce it gives them such a yummy tast and ill mix in peppers and onions!.. i also have a fiatta or crustless quiche with vegies and cheese yummy!

          As off monday i'm going to stop having the atkins bars and start having chicken in the morning, maybe i'll be able to stomach chicken! thanks for all the suggestions x
