Hey folks, my first time posting here. I'm doing induction (5 days in) and doing great. Until today. I had such a stressful day- car problems etc and I'm this close to chugging a bottle of scotch. So I thought it might be a good time to make my first post. I'm doing everything by the book, and the only thing I miss is a nightly drink (or 2 ). But I know me, if I cheat once, I'll cheat again and again. Soooo, basically I'm reading the board and breathing deeply for now. Anyway, thanks to all that post here, you are very helpful!

Put on some music and do a little exercise to let the endorphins do their job of relieving stress and controlling appetite.
