Does the temperature of the water make a difference? I can drink tons of water if its very cold...almost to freezing. I debated asking this question, cause I have a feeling someone will say I can't have it that cold.

Re: Question about water
If you prefer it cold, then that's actually best!
Believe it or not, cold water is absorbed faster by your body than water at room temperature. Even some evidence suggests that drinking cold water can actually help you burn calories.
I love super cold water too! Cheers!

Re: Question about water
water helps rev up your metabolism. I drink 120 to 150 ounces a day (and have since Jan 5 when I started) - I drink water from the refrigerator - I don't add ice because I have a jug that measures 30 ounces of water at a time and if I put ice in the jug I don't get my 30 ounces each time.
I know people who say room temperature water is best and others who say cold water is best...personally I don't care what temperature it is as long as you drink it and it's plain water drink it at whatever temperature you want to!!
