That will depend on what is in them, Laura.

You must read the list of ingredients on the labels to make sure any food does not have sugar (or any of the other names for sugar including corn syrup, HFCS, dextrose, molasses etc) or any non-induction ingredients like starches, wheat products, soy products, milk products etc.

It is suprising how many foods have these in, so always read labels BEFORE buying or eating any new foods.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Sham, the OP is in Induction... so no nuts yet. What is "kp", btw?

I was in exactly the same boat as you a couple of weeks ago and here's a few ideas that I use to help me through:

I make mini crustless quiches (6 eggs, grated cheese, spring onions and a bit of ham or bacon) Mix it all together and spoon into one of those muffin trays, make sure you grease it first with a bit of butter or its a bugger to get them out! Cook them in the oven at 180 until they are golden brown and I tell you what - they are perfect! Especially for breakfasts. So cheap, takes about 20 minutes including prep and I can eat them on the way to work on the bus.

Babybels have been my life saver I must admit and a packet is on slae at the moment for £1 at ASDA or the Co-op. Quite often I will have 2 for morning tea or afteroon tea (I think you call it elevenses hereLOL)

Bernard Matthews Sliced Turkey Breast has been great to have on hand too. SOmetimes if I get home from work and I'm a bit peckish I would have looked for mini porkpies or sausage roles or something and now I just have 2 slices of that rolled up on its own. I know it doesnt sound the greatest but you'll e quite surprised once the cravings go how much your food tastes change!

Best of luck and Im gonna keep my eye out on this post because Im always looking for new ideas too. Let me know if you find some sugarless pork scratchings because I LOVE those things but want to try a recommended variety.
