Mustard is allowed. Just count the carbs.

I'm sorry I should have put, on the label it doesn't list carbs, but I am sure one of them ingredients have some...just not sure how much.

If it's below 0.5 g, "they" are allowed to write 0 on the label. If you enter it in an online carb counter, you'll find it has something like 0.3 g per tsp.

          Re: Mustard

I checked my French's Mustard bottle again -- it states "0" carbs but like everything else you need to count something when you eat mustard - what I do is put .5 of a carb when I eat a Tbsp of mustard. As far as Mayo I use Hellman's - it has not had any effect on my loss but I also make sure to limit it to 1 Tbsp as my serving and count that along with my other foods for the day on www.Fitday.com.

Induction is the time you need to start changing your ways of eating -- in a few weeks you will be able to eat foods without dipping everything -- you just have to get your mind set to do it. Of course, by that time you will be adding additional carbs daily (1st rung is 5 net cards of Veggies).

          Good luck to you.

You can have both. Just look for a mustard without added sugar.
