        Re: recipes

Kim - that's one of my favorites....I make it for breakfasts and also as a "sweet" after dinner sometimes. I am always amazed that you can't tell there is a egg in there! They are good cold or warmed up or right out of the microwave.

When I warm them up I sometimes put a pat of butter and/or some DaVinci sugar free vanilla syrup on top or some fresh whipped cream on top -- I honestly haven't had it that I didn't like it.

I just made it and my wife loved it! Whipped cream? do you make that with heavy whipping cream?

I am not a cook/baker at all, so that also makes this diet difficult, but i'm learning.

Good for you for starting to get to grips with cooking
Whipped cream is made from plain heavy cream (double cream in UK) by just using a whisk and stirring it round as fast as you can till it is fluffy (and your arm feels as if it is dropping off ) You can use a food processor/blender/other whisking gadget instead if you have one which will make it much faster but might mean a lot more cleaning up after.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
