Kim - that's one of my favorites....I make it for breakfasts and also as a "sweet" after dinner sometimes. I am always amazed that you can't tell there is a egg in there! They are good cold or warmed up or right out of the microwave.
When I warm them up I sometimes put a pat of butter and/or some DaVinci sugar free vanilla syrup on top or some fresh whipped cream on top -- I honestly haven't had it that I didn't like it.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

I just made it and my wife loved it! Whipped cream? do you make that with heavy whipping cream?
I am not a cook/baker at all, so that also makes this diet difficult, but i'm learning.Start Date: July 8 2009

Whipped cream is made from plain heavy cream (double cream in UK) by just using a whisk and stirring it round as fast as you can till it is fluffy (and your arm feels as if it is dropping off
) You can use a food processor/blender/other whisking gadget instead if you have one which will make it much faster but might mean a lot more cleaning up after.
