Re: Day 4 - 7.5 lbs lost!
Day 12
I have no idea how much weight I've lost total because it's my TOM and I don't feel like weighing myself during that... all my clothes fit the same as they did last week though so I'm guessing that my weight loss has plateaued - probably since it was so high the first week. Not my favorite but no big deal. I'm staying strictly on plan and will continue induction for two more weeks. I've cut out the sour-cream/yogurt stuff because I was having the munchies for a couple of days there and thought maybe that had to do with it. The bad thing is that I have gotten OFF-TRACK with exercise. So much stuff to do this week- I skipped yoga 3 days in a row and feel very very guilty. Next week going out of town for three days also.
Trying to keep focused on the long term goal even though I am sick sick sick of being fat right NOW

I do different styles of yoga, mainly vinyasa now, lots of sun-salutes and sweating. I know people who swear by Bikram but I cannot stand to be that hot. I used to do ashtanga but got injured and am waiting until I have more of a practice to get back into it. Isn't it amazing how well and quickly yoga tones you? Same with pilates...
