    Is it okay to have milk during Induction?

    In this first phase, is it ok to drink some milk?

    - 16 year old female, 5'7"
    Day 2 of Induction

    nope...milk products come in during the dairy rung of OWL...make sure to pick up a copy of the 2002 DNDR book...it will have alot of info in there you need to review for this diet.

      Ditto. No milk. Only heavy cream and that's a certain amount of oz.

        You can get your dairy through butter, cheese, & heavy whipping cream. I can't remember if Mayo is counted as dairy - I know its a fat so...

        But anything else is a no no.
