Well I survived the weekend!!
Yay for me....Even with a kids birthday party and a family get together I managed to stear clear from carbs and Booze!!!! Lol My main failure would be to reach for an ice cold beer at any social event...but when offered by my brother, it didnt even phase me...I just said, "no thanks bro, Im ok!" Lol Im very proud of myself for that!
So my menu has been pretty good, I've been eating eggs for brekki, tuna or salad for lunch and chicken or steak for supper with loads of green veggies. Snack in between (if needed) were pieces of cheese or celery etc.
Yesterday I was feeling amazing, I didnt feel bloated or anything, felt very energized and clean! Today is a different story though...I feel a little bloated...which is weird...I drink tons of water (thats pretty well all I drink)
Maybe I just need to get moving and de-bloat myself!

Anyways, I haven't stepped on a scale and I dont plan to until friday....I guess time will tell.
