    Hurrah! I start week two of induction today. Last week went pretty well, but I am trying to branch out a little and try some new foods. You can only eat so many eggs...LOL...only kidding!
    So anyway I bought some Pork Sausage, but I am afraid now I can't eat it. It has 1 carb, 0 sugar grams. But I just realized the 6th ingredients , isn't that really sugar (dextrose)?

    0 sugar

    Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Sodium Lactate, Spices, Dextrose, Sodium Diacetate, Citric Acid, Propyl Gallate, BHT, Beef Collagen Casing.

    Seems far down list to me, I would eat it But only a server a day at most

      that is sugar and the one carb comes from it.
      On induction I would personally avoid it. I am a bit of a straight and narrow one for induction. Once induction was over and I was sure I handled some thing I may try that sausage.
      There are people on this board that have discovered that a little bit of hidden sugar may cause cravings and cause stalls. So proceed with caution.

        Just depends on you. If you don't know, play it safe. For me, it doesn't affect my ketosis with similar sausage but I do limit it to one serving.
