    I am 10 days into going low carb and it is doing great. I really do not have craving for carb but I have lost my appetite. I am not hungry and do not know what to do. Please help

    We will lose some appetite in ketosis. That is natural. And we should use that to learn how to eat smaller portions. But we have to eat something every 6 hours.
    Are you eating your 3 cups of vegetables?
