I'm really curious - what are you using? I thought only butter, EVOO and heavy cream were legal!

Also I am really struggling to find broth or stock that doesn't have potato starch or wheat fillers. Any tips?

the heavy cream is just reg heavy cream and the butter is "butter spread by smart balance" 0 carbs 0 sugars, but less fat and less cals

Have you checked the ingredients of the butter spread? sometimes there are nasties lurking in the small print.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
