CRAPZILLA!!!! This is my official day one and I screwed up!
I took a 4oz avocado (skin, seed included) and ate it at lunch with my ham slices and lettuce.
Have I totally goofed up already??OMG!! I am sooooo dang disappointed!

I see on page 129 it says "half a small avocado" and they may need to be avoided.






Other than that, just eggs, ham, cheese, lettuce, sausage and gum.
Totally screwed?

That was a small avocado...at most it was a bit more than recommended. Dr. A mentions that avocados may need to be avoided as they cause stalls or slow weight loss with some people. It is your first day...you don't know this yet.
