    my induction weight results!!

    Drumroll please

    ::drumroll::
    After the first two weeks on Atkins and being on the 15th day, I have lost 7 POUNDS!!!! Dude, I'm so excited and proud of myself. I could have lost more if I exercise every day and stayed off the carrots but I don't mind this. 7lbs is better than nothing! I'm going to continue Induction. I'm just so excited that I'm more determined to lose more. Yay!!! :icondance :hug

          Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
          Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

              Have you decided if you are going to move to extended induction for a while or start climbing the OWL ladder?
              If you are not sure read the sticky about Day 15 on this forum
              http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ic.php?t=66118
              then read and answer the questions in chapter 13 'Are you ready for phase 2?'

                            i feel so good again

                            my main atkins i did it on 2002... and lost 25 kilos but unfortunately every winter i gain about 8 kg... this year i have found this forum and i must say is what motivated me the most to start again!!! i just finished 14 day induction and loose 3 kg, i will stick to it one more week and then move to OWL

                            thanks to all for the encouragement and believe me your are the best support ! just to see the scales going down in your posts and the before- after pictures is enough to encourage anybody.

                            i hope next winter i fight my cravings for that extra carbs.... :guns

                            see you and keep on the good work!!
