
My sister has been on induction 2wks and moved on to OWL. She lost 12lbs in the 1st week, but then gained 3lbs back. She keeps bouncing those 3lbs, losing then gaining them again. Her diet is the same as it was the first week she lost weight, yet she's not losing anymore or keeping that off.
I will be at the end of my Induction tomorrow. I lost 8lbs in the first week but only 1lb in the second. Which is upsetting because I'm eating the same things and upped my exercise. Plus my goal for week two was only 2lbs and I didn't even make that.
I'm drinking plenty of water, watching carbs and exercising. And I find it odd it effected us both the same way. My diet has consisted mainly of meats, eggs and 3-4oz of allowed cheeses (in that order). And about 12-14carbs of allowed veggies. So I really don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I also wonder if I should stay on induction or go onto Owl because of this. Maybe my body needs the extra 5cbs? I'm not sure, any advice?





I am exercising for about 30mins 3+ times a wk. I also work all day on my feet so I naturally walk 3-5 miles a day besides that.
