Ok, this might sound gross, but I need some advice--
down here in the south we have bagged fried pork skins. We call them cracklins. Anyhow, they seem pretty gross, and they are if you eat them plain. But, a coworker whose done Atkins told me to grind them up in the food process to make it like breadcrumbs. Then, dunk some chicken breast in egg, then in the "pork skin crumbs" and fry in a pan. Like chicken fried chicken!
What do you all think? OK ON INDUCTION???
