    Thanks.

I use both but agree its much better writing it down.I too use the stardard measuring cooking tools. They are great.

This afternoon it is starting to taste like I ate a tin can for lunch. HAHA I know that is a good sign. We had a Thanksgiving social here this afternoon with coffee and cakes but I didn't move from my desk in fear that I would eat the yummy treats. They all went back to there desks and I walked over to take a look and get more water but I didn't touch a thing...YAY me!!
Drink up your water! That funny taste is a sign of ketosis.

If you click on the link GEorgianna gave you and you don't see pics.....be patient. I have yet to move the pics to a new site and as soon as I am able to do that, the thread will have pictures again.

If you use the standard cooking measuring cups/spoons, just try to be consistent when you use them. They come in extremely handy when you are doing the Dairy Rung of OWL Phase---just dump cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. into the cup measurement.

Fluffy, did you plan what you are going to have for Thanksgiving?

I noticed your calories were very low yesterday and the day before (if your FitDay is complete). Now, a day of lower calories probably won't harm you as long as you also have high-calorie days (listening to our hunger, we won't eat the same number of calories every day... take some averages to see where you are at), but eating low calorie for a longer period of time will slow down the metabolism and interfere with weight loss. Ketosis is a natural appetite suppressant and you might not feel hungry, but what you need to do then is follow the 6-hour rule and have a few snacks throughout the day that combine fat, protein and part of your veggie carbs.
