In the book, it states to eat 2 cups of salad veggies/ 1 cup of the other category... or 3 cups of salad veggies.
If by the numbers, my carbs are NOWHERE near my 20g, can I have more veggies or just be happy with the extremely low carbs? I don't want to botch up what has, so far, been an extremely clean induction.
