    8 pounds down, 28 to go!!

    Not a bad weeks work!! Having a little trouble with my shins hurting after I hit the treadmill, but its easing up a bit. I'm hoping to duck under 150 by the end of induction... only 3lbs away!

    Great start! You should think about moving right to OWL after your induction at the rate you are losing. You are going to be at goal in no time and OWL teaches you what you will need to know to maintain it. Congratulations!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        Yes, I am moving to OWL after this week. I don't have enough weight to lose to be trying to extend induction. It would be silly to try. Besides... I WANT MY MACADAMIA NUTS!!!!!
