For the past week, I have been sick. I went to the doctor and found out that I have bronchitis, a double ear infection, and a "touch" of the flu. I was giving a cough medicine to help me sleep and help with my cough. It took me out of Ketosis! What do I do? Start back on induction?

How long were you on Induction before you got sick? How has your eating been?
Could you have gotten a sugar free version of the cough medicine?J.
