I'm not sure how much one should lose but I've lost 4.4lbs in the first week.
I must say I was expecting more as I have so much to loose and I have stuck to the rules 100%, could it just be a slow start?
I'm feeling a lot better though, more energy for sure so I suppose that should be the up side
