Had an official lunch today... the menu was KFC!!!
Just a few of us but I couldn't find anyway out. What do I do?
I had a drumstick and a thigh.
I am absolutely miserable!
I came back home and ran to the comp to check out the nutrition of KFC and I could have died. Seeing the carb content on the breading. about 22g (from Calorie Guide for Kentucky Fried Chicken by FastFood.com)
I had about 10g net carbs veggies in the morning
I think my hard work of the last week has come undone. What do I do now? Will I be able to continue with induction for the next 2 weeks till 18th or have I done irrecoverable damage?
Also will I go out of ketosis because of this?
I have decided that I am staying out of office now on for lunch, even though I might seem antisocial for a bit.
