I'm doing low carbing at least these last two weeks of classes at college before winter break (which starts on the 18th) and seeing how it pans out to decide if I'm sticking to it next semester.
This weekend I'm going home and going with my brothers and dad to the Army-Navy game in Philly... so I'm nervous. I always eat horribly when I go home, and I need help and maybe some pointers for staying on track over the weekend.
I figure treating myself to one candy bar or one pretzel at the game will not completely derail me, but I'd like to avoid it and stay strong if I can so I make it through the 14 days in tact and losing as much as possible...
Basically I'd like some ideas for good tasting stuff I can eat at home (my one chance to escape from dorm food and pre-packaged crap). I know I'll be making my own eggs and having sugar free jello with a little whipped cream, but I need other good tasting stuff to keep me strong this weekend- any help??? Thanks guys!

Well done for thinking ahead about how you are going to cope with the weekend.
