    I go to uni also and I always make a salad the day before. If it is a really start and no time for breakfast or you need snacks take some harboiled eggs, cheese (babybel lasts well when not in the fridge) cherry tomatos. Later on owl almonds and other nuts v portable.

    You see another reason why I asked was because unfortunately I have an intolerance to cheese in the first place, so my variety is exceptionally limited within induction. But I shall take everything you all have said on board

        There's a lot of foods on the Induction food list ... and having cheese isn't required.
