OK, I'll make it quick.
Before going out to a dinner party I checked that there's only a few carbs in dry white wine, so I had a glass (200 ml) of that. Did not exeed the 20 gr that day, +went out to dance, drank lots of water and lost a pound.
But the next morning I found out that alcohol is out of the question during the induction. Oops.
. So, this wine, did it to any irreversible damage to the diet or is there still hope that if I avoid all the bad things from now on, I can still go on as if nothing happened?
And if I happen to live in a country where they don't use Splenda, can I still have a Diet Coke every now and then or should I just stay away from everything sweetened?
