    all I can say is amazing....

    I can eat mcdonalds and still loose wight, my mind if fried right now...

    I think I am in love.

    I was VERY doubtful that this diet would work, it seems too good to be true.

    let me add, I did not do as much cardio as I should have, I ate 30 carbs 2 days last week, and made me feel aweful.

      Not the best choice though... It's healthier if you cook.

      Why? What were these carbs coming from? 30 net carbs should not make you feel awful.

        I felt bad, I cheated by going over 10 net carbs.

        I only ate fast food 2 times last week.

          So - this week, let's avoid fast food altogether, and see how you feel!

                      started 27/10/2009 at 252lbs goal weight 190 lbs

                      im 28 6ft 2"

                      weight loss so far 79 lbs yeehaa

                      im now in the 50 club

                      current weight 173 lbs

                        Lost 6lbs this week, I ate more fats, and ate less greens.(3cups.)

                        the week before I was only eatting super lean cuts, and about 6 cups of greens.

                        Oh, I only got 3 days of cardio/workout in this week.

                        I am going to tweak it a little for next week.

                          Have you decided whether you are going to move straight to OWL (more veggies ) and start to discover your CCLL or stay on induction for a while longer?
