          A good question, Bulldog

          Welcome back Mirya

As Bulldog suggested, knowing why you have fallen off-plan is your best weapon in working out strategies for avoiding the same thing happening again
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Cause I am weak lol. Seriously though. I wasn't able to keep from comfort bindging when my mother died and then my best friend just a few months later. I had also quit smoking for 1 1/2 years until they passed as well. I also had no emotional or moral support from my ex-bf and he did everything he could to entice me to be as unhealthy as he was.

I have just now gotten to where I am ready for a full time non-stop commitment to making my life healthier. I quit smoking again and month 2 was yesterday so I igure its time to go all the way with healthy. No smoking, good, healthy WOE, AND exercise .

My bf is doing it with me and is VERY supportive and won't bring things around me that I can't handle. I told him no food over 9 net carbs in the house for at least 2 months. so he is going to do the best he can but going to do the induction for a month then do a modified version of this WOL to be more like South Beach.

                  Re: Ok last try

Yes, hang in there. I was doing well on Atkins when me and DH were doing it together. When he joined the Army he was running up to 3-5 miles a day, so he could eat carbs (well during Basic he was forced to eat them literally, they watch you eat and yell at you if you don't). When he finally finished everything he said he could eat carbs, yada yada yada.

But we are going back on Atkins because he hurt his ankle and he gained all his weight back because he can't exercise without being in pain. So the Army said he has to lose this weight so he's more inline with doing Atkins with me now.
