Great job so far!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Nope. No way.Originally posted by tweedledee View Posttoday the scale says its all back?

Did you weigh at the same time of day? I can gain 3-5 pounds from my normal weigh-in time of 6:30 am to 5:00 pm the same day. It's just water weight fluctuation.
Are you on TOM?
Did you eat anything extra salty and thus retain some water?
You could post your menu and have the more knowledgable of us comment on it, if it will help...

Re: 5 pounds down!!! woo hooo
It's best to stay off the scale because of fluctuations in weight - you'll drive yourself to distraction if you weigh everyday...put the scale away and weigh once a week or every week.
You said you overdid on jimaca so you know you're eating too much -- how much water are you drining? Exercise - what are you doing? Like Jackie ask, are you close to your time of the month (TOM)?
If you're eating the proper foods, drinking at least the minimum amount of water, exercising, taking a multi-vitamin without iron - in other words, following the plan, you'll be fine.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily
